The BaseMaterial had error for missing texture in NormalMap, so i added flat_normal there and saved. Importing again, will let you know if that solved the issue.
Followed official tutorials and some 3rd party, used provided base/decal presets. Materials/Textures doesn't work in CS:GO maps. Props/Maps etc works fine. They show in HammUEr:
